Who we are

SOTTO. is a new brand. The full company name, registered address and company number will be listed here before we take orders.

Ordering

When you place an order you will receive an email confirming we have received it. A contract between us is formed when we dispatch your order. If we cannot supply an item, we will tell you and refund you in full.

Prices and payment

Prices are in pounds sterling and include VAT. Delivery charges are shown at checkout before you pay. Payment is taken securely by Stripe when you place your order. We never see or store your full card details.

Delivery

We deliver to UK addresses only. Delivery times and costs are set out on the Delivery and returns page.

Cancellations, the court trial and returns

You may cancel your order for any reason within 14 days of delivery under the Consumer Contracts Regulations. In addition, every racket comes with a 60-day court trial, as described on the Delivery and returns page. Refunds are made to the original payment method within 14 days of us receiving the item back.

Warranty and your rights

Rackets carry a 2-year warranty against manufacturing faults. This is in addition to your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, which are not affected.

Liability

We are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms. We are not responsible for loss that was not foreseeable, or for business losses. Nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. You can bring proceedings in the courts of the UK nation where you live.
